Tart Cherries is the next emerging superfood as more research show this amazing fruit packs a nutritional punch. Our dried Super Cherries aren't too tart so most people enjoy the taste. Tart Cherries are a rich source of beta carotene, vitamin C, iron, folate, potassium and magnesium.
